The theme of the China-Africa Ministerial Medical and Health Cooperation Conference is “China-Africa Health Cooperation, from Commitment to Action”. Li Bin, director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China, and Mozambi Adeladi, Minister of Health of South Africa, and other senior representatives from six international organizations including the health ministers from 31 African countries and the UN Under-Secretary-General and UNAIDS Executive Director Sidibe A total of more than 200 people attended, and the Director-General of the World Health Organization, Chen Fengfuzhen, delivered a video speech. Representatives of the participating parties highly recognized the achievements of China's medical and health development, appreciated and thanked China for providing assistance and support to African countries, and looked forward to further strengthening medical and health cooperation with China to help Africa achieve the 2030 sustainable development agenda.

During the meeting, China and Malawi signed a cooperation agreement on maternal and child health projects. Which company will sign a cooperation agreement with Congo (Brazzaville), Ghana, Mauritania, Zambia, Niger and Chad, and signed agreements with Sierra Leone and other countries. Launched the “Guangmingxing” free cataract surgery cooperation agreement.
